Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties such as job boards, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), background verification partners, and assessment providers, where you have authorised them to share your information.

Provide and improve services

We use your information to match you with relevant job opportunities, power AI compatibility scoring, conduct background verifications, deliver assessments and mentorship, and improve our platform.

Communication

We send OTPs, application updates, interview schedules, platform notifications, and—with consent—marketing communications.

Security and compliance

We use your information to detect fraud, enforce Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests.

AI-powered matching

Our AI analyses your profile, skills, and work history to generate compatibility scores and personalised recommendations. Human review is available upon request.

Employers & hiring partners: Relevant profile information is shared when you apply or enable discoverability.

Service providers: Trusted vendors including cloud, communications, background verification, analytics and payment providers.

Legal reasons: Where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Business transfers: Your information may transfer during mergers or acquisitions with prior notice.

04 Data Retention

Active accounts: Retained while your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Background verification: Normally retained for 7 years unless law requires otherwise.

Aggregated data: Anonymous statistical data may be retained indefinitely.
